In 2007 Stephen McBeath Developments Pty Ltd was established for the purpose of creating house and land packages. In that time Stephen McBeath has developed a number of quality but affordable homes that have been sold to families across the Hunter.With the passion for real estate embedded into me at a young age it was inevitable that I would eventually take this passion and turn it into reality. So, in 2006 I decided to try my hand at property development.
