People used to live another life before the creation of airplanes. They did not have a chance to travel all over the world fast. They also could not deliver parcels in a short time. I believe that it was rather inconvenient for them to enjoy life and do the things that they really wanted to do. For example, in order to travel abroad far away people had to use ships and spend lots of days, weeks and months on a vessel to get the desired destination. In addition to this, I can say that people used to ride horses to get the desired place. However, it still was not as fast as it could be.

The invention of the first airplane allows people to try something new, to experience new feelings and believe that they can also “explore” the skies. It can definitely state that its creation contributed to “new fashion” of the way of life. Airplane has become a revolution in the mode of transportation, as well as in the way of travelling. Performing different historic movies about this invention only proves this statement as people have been admiring this invention for all the times.

Every year, inventors try to improve the design of airplanes and make it more comfortable and affordable for people all over the globe. Aircrafts have given the mankind an opportunity to be mobile today because each person is able to go over the continents in a blink of an eye. Of course, it does not mean that people are able to do it in one second. This means that about 10 - 15 hours separate a person from moving one place to the furthest one. This is a big advantage for people who use airplanes not only for travelling but for business purposes, as well. This invention lets people expand their business ideas to any area and to any place they want. It helps people who are in love to become closer to each other and chose the place of permanent residence. Airplanes allow people to enjoy a bird’s eye view of the planet and enjoy all the beauty of landscapes and the oceans, which decorate the Earth.

This kind of transportation has become popular not only among tourists and people who travel on business. It is one of the best solutions for transporting goods and services as people can offer specific goods from any country through the Internet and receive a parcel with them. People also use this kind of service for sending important documents, which are important to deliver on time.

Airplanes have also become an important force that provides people with a large number of job places. Many people all over the world have dreamt of becoming pilots and stewardesses on board. This occupation is considered as one of high paying job positions. For example, a stewardess is taught to treat people and provide certain services during the flight. For some people, airplanes have become the means of transportation. For example, those who have to travel a lot on business all over the world fly days and night to get the desired country and negotiate a good contract. Rich people buy airplanes for their personal usage.

Airplanes are also used by the government of every country in the defense purposes. It helps the military forces to deliver the soldiers ready to defend their countries. Airplanes are also used to deliver food and clothes to the Third World countries and help the local community to fight against hunger and poverty. Moreover, governments create spectacular shows in the sky during various celebrations letting the society enjoy it.

I would rather say that aircrafts have created a new fashion in people’s life. This is the fashion to be sophisticated, mobile, independent, which makes everyone be a citizen of the world. Today’s life is impossible without airplanes because millions of people use this invention in everyday life and cannot even imagine their lives without this convenient service now. Scholars from all over the world try to use this invention to explore the universe by designing the aerospace, which cannot be possible without inventing an airplane.

Thus, I can say that an invention of an airplane has definitely changed people’s way of life along with their wishes and expectations for the future. Therefore, this invention has paramount importance.
