Trong khi trên đường trở về nhà thì bà Diamond Dazzler đã tạt vào một cửa hàng để mua cho mình tờ vé số thứ hai, lá thăm may rủi này thêm một lần nữa đã mang về cho bà số tiền gấp 100 lần và số tiền này tương ứng với 1 triệu USD  tức là khoảng 22 tỉ đồng.

Khi biết mình trúng số tiếp theo với giải thưởng lớn thì bà Morris đã chia sẻ với báo chí Mỹ rằng “Khi tôi biết mình trúng số tôi đã gọi điện ngay cho chồng của mình đó là John để có thể báo về vận may bất ngờ này cho chồng của mình. Thực sự tôi không mong đợi rằng mình sẽ có vận may trúng số nhiều đến thế. Thực chất tôi chỉ thấy mua vé số XSMB - KQXSMB - Kết quả xổ số miền Bắc hôm nay vì vui mà thôi”.

May mắn cùng cơ hội trúng số

Tiếp đến là ông John nói “Bà ấy gọi điện cho tôi và báo tin trúng số, tôi đã cảm nhận được bà ấy đang run rẩy trên điện thoại, lúc đó tôi đã không hiểu bà ý nói gì cả. Vì vậy tôi đã bảo với Morris rằng, bà hãy nói chậm lại một chút. Sau khi hiểu ra vấn đề bà ấy đang nói thì thực sự tôi đã bị sốc và không tin vào tai mình nữa. Khi đó tôi nói phải nhìn thấy tờ vé số tôi mới tin”.

Theo thông tin chính thức thì bà Morris đã tới trụ sở công ty xổ số Ket qua XSMB hom nay vào ngày 6/11 để có thể lĩnh giải thưởng giá trị đó cho mình. Hiện tại bà đã nhận được số tiền là 600.000 USD sau khi đã được khấu trừ thuế.
