Quy định này cũng được áp dụng cho các máy khách mua tại cửa hàng nhưng khi phát sinh lỗi trong thời gian 30 ngày mà khách ở ngoại tỉnh phải gửi về TTBH.
Trong thời gian bảo hành còn lại nếu máy phát sinh lỗi phải gửi về TTBH thì khách hàng chịu chi phí gửi đi và về.
Trong thời gian 01 tháng kể từ ngày nhận máy nếu khách hàng đổi máy không do lỗi kỹ thuật thì khách hàng chịu chi phí gửi đi và về.
